The GNP Church Collaborative Partners (GNPCCP) are committed to the first goal of Good News Partners strategic plan --- "Improve housing opportunities for as many as possible" by working on raising funds to purchase a new building for affordable housing.  We recognize that in this real estate climate, now is the time to purchase so that we have a strong foot print in this gentrifying neighborhood and that, working together, we can make that happen.  Please join us in our efforts to end homelessness.  

2010 ANNUAL DINNER - "Weaving Hope" 

This year's Annual Dinner marks a milestone in our history -- a change in leadership and an opportunity to grow in our efforts to secure more affordable housing.  In addition to this exciting time of rejoicing in God's work and planning for the future, we are privileged to have the Chicago Chamber Choir provide a benefit performance.  Please join us for this wonderful evening of music and celebration as we continue to move forward, weaving hope. Contact Leah Kranz at (773) 764-4998 or e-mail leah@goodnewspartners.org for your reservation.  $50 per person; $400 per table of 8.  We welcome youth 12 and older.  Informal dress.  Your additional donations will support community residents in joining the celebration of Good News Partners.  

2009 ANNUAL DINNER - "Lift Every Voice and Sing!"  A Celebration of Partnership and Fellowship

Celebration and fellowship was on the top of the agenda for the Annual Dinner.  Over 200 people broke bread together, followed by the musical group, “Voices”, who led us in inspired song.  During the evening, our wonderful donors gave to “The Great Mattress Buy-In” to supply 32 new mattresses for our women and children in New Life Interim Housing – All 32 mattresses were purchased, delivered and greatly appreciated!  Praise God!
